Monday: Left-over BBQ pork (from the freezer) sandwiches, oven fries, (tonight's the Boy Scout Christmas Party)
Tuesday: Beef Stew in the slow cooker, homemade yeast rolls, iced tea
Wednesday: Beef Stew (strained and served over rice) , Texas Toast, iced tea (choir practice)
Thursday: Breakfast for Dinner... Homemade waffles, eggs, bacon, and mint chocolate-chip ice cream for dessert... (the kids favorite meal now)
Friday: out for dinner
